Yes, we have a new name! Chiff is originating from the French verb "chiffrer" which can be translated as "to encrypt". But not only the name is different… We have also included some new features. With Chiff it's possible to:

• Sort and filter accounts in the app
• Save secure notes for each account
• Get an overview of all accounts in the extension
• Use the new Firefox and Edge extensions
• Change the names of paired devices
• Synchronize between different devices

So, a lot of new features that allows you log in to every website with just unlocking your phone. And on top of that, we decided to make Chiff free for personal use. From now on, you can unlimitedly log in with your private accounts without paying a cent.

Chiff for Teams

With Chiff we are not only offering a solution for private customers, but also for business. During the last months, we have developed a new product focused on small/medium enterprises, called Chiff for Teams. It's a complete solution for password management within an organisation while preserving the unique, privacy-friendly concept of Chiff. It gives all employees the opportunity to log in on every website without remembring a single password. Also, accounts can be shared easily and securely if necessary.
